Worked collaboratively with many universities and small specialist HEIs on a broad range of student, academic, policy, regulation, governance, professional service design and broader strategic projects.
Advised on frameworks for delivering new academic provision.
Created meaningful student-facing plain English policy and regulations for several institutions, as well as jargon-free academic policy to better support staff.
Reviewed the executive configuration of a leading small specialist HEI.
Improved the organisational design of specific professional services to improve quality and to reduce cost.
Developed a collaborative provision framework to best manage risk.
Partnered with several institutions on OfS requirements including writing and reviewing TEF submissions, preparing for awarding powers, drafting student protection plans and reviewing world-leading funding bids.
Undertaken a student wellbeing/support review.
Investigated complex student cases using my formal investigation training as well as recent training in investigating sexual misconduct
Completed academic governance reviews, including one complete redesign.
