Susannah is a senior Higher Education professional with a proven track-record of enhancing culture, systems and operations, and a depth of experience in management, leadership and collaborative working. Previously a Director of Student and Academic Services and Registrar, she established her consultancy in August 2021. Her client list spans UK and global universities and specialist world-leading conservatoires; she has also worked with technology companies that support the Higher Education sector. Alongside her consultancy, Susannah is an HE governor, and a mentor to HE Professionals. She is also the founder and presenter of the Job Shadowing HE podcast which has a national and international audience, and has been sponsored by several leading executive search and HE technology solution firms.
