My reputation is based upon the bespoke approach I take to each project or assignment, and I will work in partnership with you to understand and meet the specific outcomes you are seeking. I can provide you with expert resource where you need experienced sector input, and/or where you just need some additional expert or external capacity to get a good job done.
Step 1: Contact me at hello@susannahmarsden.co.uk or via Linkedin messaging about the type of support you are seeking.
Step 2: We can meet online or in-person to talk through more detail about what you want to achieve and by when. You may already have a defined brief, or you may want to talk through an overall idea from which I can support you in developing further detail.
Step 3: I will draft a formal proposal document to set out the scope of the work and how I would approach it, including outputs and deadlines. Where the assignment will involve engagement with other colleagues, we will agree who they will be. Once the scope is agreed by you, I will provide you with a costing.
Step 4: Once the costing is agreed, work will start.
New types of work come along as the sector evolves, so if the type of support you are seeking is not listed on my website but might still be a fit, feel free to contact me and I will let you know if I have the skills and experience to help. Where it is not a fit for me, I may be able to recommend someone else who can help you.
Assignments may be a day or a few days, through to longer-term pieces of work to be delivered across a few weeks or months. No piece of work is too small.
